Come join us for a night of real people sharing their personal battles with mental health. Discover the unique methods and approaches they use to help themselves as well as anyone else living with mental health challenges. A night dedicated to bringing support to those that struggle from mental health and those that walk this difficult road beside them. Our goal is to bring support and understanding to those living with mental health challenges.

Come listen in on our guest speakers who will share their mental health journeys and ways they have personally found to help themselves.
