Join Sarah Jean (Harken) Sutton for a deeply restorative virtual breathwork journey dedicated to nourishing your feminine energy from within.
Through gentle coaching, breathwork, and intentional journaling, you’ll explore why true rest is essential for abundance — just like healthy soil is the foundation for a thriving garden, your yin energy is the source that fuels your vitality and creative flow.
Together, we’ll slow down, breathe deeply, and soften into stillness as you learn to honor and replenish your yin.
This session includes guided coaching, RESET Breathwork, a soft yin breathing practice, and space for self-reflection so you can leave feeling grounded, replenished, deeply connected to yourself, and flowing in your Yin Essence.
What is Reset Breathwork?
A 3-part conscious connected breathing pattern to release stored emotions and trauma in the mind and body, reset your nervous system, and create an elevated state of being.
This is NOT the same as pranayama breathing! Though pranayama has many benefits, the Reset Breath Method takes you way deeper into your body and soul, creating a deeper state of relaxation and awareness.

Who is Sarah (Harken) Sutton?
Sarah is a certified Life Coach and Reset Breathwork Facilitator who has guided hundreds of humans into using the power of their own breath to change their lives.
