Join the AEE Alberta Chapter and a member from the University of Calgary energy management team for a tour of the University's District Energy heating plant and system, followed by a presentation on the University’s climate action plan. Your admission to this event includes a follow-up networking event at Alt Hotel University District, a short 14-min walk from the tour venue.

Program:
- 2:45 Arrival at the University of Calgary heating plant (3550 Ulrich Rd NW, Calgary)
- 3:00 Introduction and safety briefing
- 3:10 to 3:55 Tour and questions
- 4:00 Presentation on the University’s climate action plan
- 5:00 to 7:00 Networking reception at Alt Hotel University District (482 Mclaurin St, NW)
Participants need to wear closed toe shoes as well as hearing protection. Hearing protection will be available on site but participants are welcome to bring their own.
Your admission to this event includes the guided tour, presentation, 1 drink, and finger food at the Alt Hotel.
