Yes — your safety is our priority. The session is facilitated in a grounded, trauma-informed way. However, breathwork can bring up intense emotions or physical sensations, so please read the health disclaimer before attending.
Breathwork is not recommended for individuals who are pregnant or have conditions such as epilepsy, severe cardiovascular issues, schizophrenia, or a history of psychosis. Please reach out directly if you're unsure — we're here to support you.

To preserve the integrity and safety of the experience, please arrive on time and plan to stay for the full session. Doors close at the start time and late entry is not permitted.
That’s part of the magic. Breathwork can stir deep emotions, but everything that arises is welcome here. You will be held in a safe space, and Sam is experienced in supporting people through whatever emerges.
While both can be deeply healing, x Breath is a much more active, somatic experience. You may sweat, cry, laugh, shake, or feel waves of sensation moving through you. It’s meditation through the body – a full-body reset.
Yes. You'll receive a guided integration journal download after the session to help you land your insights and stay connected to what came through.
Some people come once a month, others every two weeks. It really depends on your needs, intentions, and integration time. Trust your body – it’ll let you know when it’s time to dive back in.
