Ever felt like you're not "good" at yoga because you're not flexible, thin, strong, focused, rich, or quiet enough? I've felt it. And I've seen and heard it in many yoga spaces.
Third Circles: Yoga Workshop is a different kind of space. An inclusive and affordable space. Led by an experienced Black female yoga teacher, we'll explore the foundations of yoga and how to bring it into our lives in our own way. If you're curious about yoga and looking for a new kind of community, join us. Together, let's reconnect with ourselves and the true spirit of yoga!
Wear comfy clothes to move in! Yoga mats are provided but do bring a small towel and water.
