Sensuality and Connection Workshop
Dear friends,
I’m so excited to invite you to this special workshop—a space to reconnect with your body, your sensuality, and your inner confidence. We’ll gather on Friday, May 9 from 18:00 to 20:00, a perfect time to unwind after the week and gift yourself two hours of joy, movement, and connection.
The workshop will take place in Trefpunt Heiloo, a cozy cultural space just a 5-minute walk from Heiloo train station, with plenty of free parking available. Heiloo is only 10 minutes from Alkmaar and only 30 minutes from Amsterdam, this peaceful town is the perfect escape.
This is not a typical dance class—it’s an experience.
We’ll start with gentle stretches and a short writing exercise to awaken the body and mind. Then we’ll explore how to walk with presence and confidence (yes, like a catwalk!), play with facial expressions and emotional poses, and finish with a short but powerful choreography designed to celebrate your unique energy.
Wear something that makes you feel good—comfortable, confident, and sensual. This will look different for everyone. Heels are welcome but totally optional.
Everyone is welcome regardless of age, shape, or dance experience. This is a safe, inclusive space to explore movement, femininity, and self-expression—judgment-free. Please keep in mind you need to be older than 18 years old.
We’ll end the evening with a little toast, connection, and celebration. The introductory price is just €15, as this is a special exploratory edition of a workshop I dream of expanding. I’d love for you to be part of this first step.
