Explore how you can harness this time to improve your overall health and wellbeing as you enter this new stage. Learn some tips on how to become a better self-advocate as you navigate the changes happening to your body and mind. Meet and interact with other women who are experiencing similar challenges. Evening includes an interactive talk with opportunities to ask questions and explore resources for ongoing learning and support. Your ticket includes a personal charcuterie board and beverage (wine or non-alcoholic cocktail) supplied by Tryst Wine & Small Plates. Do you have a refund poilicy?

A refund will be offered if cancellation is requested at least one week prior to the event. Request for refund must be received prior to Wednesday May 29th at 6:00pm to be eligible for refund.

Are there substitutions available for charcuterie board contents?

Additional cheese selections can replace meat for vegetarian attendees and gluten free bread can be substituted for gluten intolerances. Please notify server when seated. Regular menu not available during this event.

Is seating assigned?

Seating is on a first come, first claimed basis.

What is the cost per ticket?

$100.00 plus fees for admission and your ticket includes a personal charcuterie board and beverage (glass of wine or non-alcoholic cocktail) supplied by Tryst Wine & Small Plates.
