You are cordially invited to partake in the haunting allure of The Crimson Rose Masquerade Ball, at Cloudland on Ann Street in Fortitude Valley, where shadows dance with secrets and whispers echo through the halls. Cloak yourself in the darkness of gothic elegance, and don your chosen mask to conceal your true identity. This soirée promises an evening of decadence, mystery, and enchantment, where immortals converge to revel in their deepest desires.

Let us captivate you with haunting performances by some of our most gifted coven members. Entertainment on the night includes exotic performances from Malakeh, Frenchie Darling and Lilith Revere! More entertainment to be revealed in the next coming weeks.

All tickets include canapes all night and a select menu of unlimited drinks. Some themed cocktails will be available for purchase also. Professional photographers will be available on the night also.

This glamourous evening aims to spread awareness of and raise funds for Hummingbird House. As Queensland's sole children's hospice, Hummingbird House offers specialized pediatric palliative care to infants, children, and adolescents facing life-limiting conditions, ensuring each moment is cherished when time is fleeting. Join us in making a difference and providing comfort and care to those in need.

Sunset/Midnight Release (General Admission) ticket inclusions:

- 1 x General Admission entry to the event

- 1 x Gift upon entry.

- 1 x Entry to Door raffle.

- Light canapes will be provided through the night.

- A select menu of drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) will be unlimited throughout the night (4hrs). Basics will be $5 per drink for the night.

- Access to stalls, tarot/palm readers. Full list of stall holders yet to be confirmed, but Beserk are on the confirmed list!

- Witness incredible performers throughout the night! Malakeh, Frenchie Darling and Lilith Revere are just some of those performing on the night.

- Raffles will be held on the night again to raise funds for Hummingbird House.

- There will be 2-3 photobooths on the night. 1 will be free for all, the other two are staged booths with professional photographers.

Refunds:

As this is an event specifically to raise money for a charitible organisation, every purchase is accounted for in our budget. As such, no refunds will be given if you are no longer able to attend. You are more than welcome to sell your ticket to another person. Just let us know via email the name of the new attendee and any dietary requirements so we can adjust the patron list. We apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Dress code:

Please remember that this venue has set this dresscode as well, so if you do not adhere to these rules, you may be declined entry on the night. That is the last thing we want, so please read the following carefully!

This is a themed soiree! We want you to look like gothic and/or vampire royalty. Masks and fangs are optional, but fangs are definitely encouraged. Think along the lines of

- Gothic gowns and dresses.
- Corsets
- Vampire baroque
- Victorian
- Edwardian
- Formal tux and tails, top hats, canes and cloak
- Gothic gowns and dresses. Black, red, purple all fine! Bsically anything that you can make look like a vampire at a coven soiree!

There is to be no superhero costumes, streetwear or sportswear.

No Nazi or fascist uniforms even implied.

Shoes:

Shoes must be soled for your safety.

Nudity:

Whilst seductive attire is allowed (we are vampires after all), there is to be no overt nudity. Please cover your bits - female, male or non-binary!). Keep it classy!

Tattoos:

Normally Cloudland has restrictions on heavy face and hand tattoos. However, because this is a private function, they have relaxed some of these rules. In the interest of ensuring no one is denied access on the night, we ask that anyone with heavy face tattoos email us at thecrimsonrosemasqueradeball@gmail.com so that we can get you checked off in advance by the event staff to make everyone's night run smoothly.
