This interactive workshop is for Community Group leaders and will support the participants to identify and capture important information and tell the story about their project or activity and it will cover:

• Understanding the value of an evaluation framework
• How to ensure your goals and objectives are met and what the indicators are
• Why funding bodies expect evaluation reports
• Critical information and data collection methods and tools
• How to tell the story to the community and the funding body
• Reflective evaluation
• Linkages to future projects or initiatives
