Frequently asked questions

Do I need multiple tickets?

1 ticket for the general lane gets you 1 lane for either the first half or second half of the match. Each lane holds up to 6 people so no need to order multiple tickets unless your group is expected to be over 6.

I've booked a bowling lane. Will I get to bowl for the entire match?

Due to the sellout demand last year, we didn't want groups to miss out on bowling for 2025, so each ticket will only have access to the lane either for the first half of the match or second half. When not bowling, you'll have your own table with views of the match on the screens.

My group numbers have changed. Who do I tell?

You are able to call our call centre on 1300 814 214 and let them know updated numbers.

I've paid for an add on but need to cancel. Am I eligible for a refund
