Having spent a lifetime dedicated to physical performance, 20+ years experience within the fitness industry and over 10 years as a Strength Coach, Sean comes fully stocked with a unique blend of knowledge, skills, experience and bad jokes... which is rare to find in one neat 120kg package!


In this full day of interactive learning you will discover the most efficient, effective and most importantly safe methods to optimise your Strength Training and Coaching!

The day begins with a 4-hour "intensive workshop" where we'll dive into the theoretical framework of each of the above components before then applying this newfound "levelled-up" knowledge in a 2-hour SEND IT session, where Sean will help pick apart your technique and even join in on the lifting with some BIG LIFT demonstrations!
