Sacred Women's Circle

Welcome to our beautiful fortnightly women's group.

Our intention with these circles is CONNECTION. We live such disconnected lives in the Western world, so we've created a gentle (and also fun!) space to connect with nature, ourselves and other women. This is a safe and nurturing space for women to come together and connect, share, and receive. We invite you to show up as your authentic self, as we honour each and every woman fully. Our circles are an opportunity for you to connect with yourself and each other. When women come together, powerful healing occurs.

Join our circle and enjoy:

• A guided meditation with sound healing by experienced sound healing practitioner
• Gentle movement and self care with certified yoga teachers
• Sacred share circle by candlelight
• Ritual and ceremony
• Heart-opening ceremonial cacao
• Honouring of seasonal sabbats and nature's cycles (e.g. winter solstice, full moon, menstrual cycle etc)
• Support from a menstrual cycle coach (it doesn't matter if you're not menstruating or post-menopause, you are still a cyclical being and very welcome and valued here!)
• Themed group discussions and partner work, for example, honouring autumn equinox

EXCHANGE: $40 each or two for $70 (can bring a friend or book two consecutive circles for yourself)

ABOUT SACRED WOMEN'S CIRCLE

This is a welcoming, supportive and soul-enriching offering for women to come together and connect, share, make new friends and enjoy sacred space.

Sacred Women's Circle is an opportunity to:

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATORS

Emily is a yoga and meditation teacher and women's circle facilitator based in Walyalup (Fremantle). With particular interests in womb awareness and embodiment pratices, Emily loves to hold space for others as they consciously ground into their own awareness and also the earth.

Lyndal is a yoga teacher, sound healing practitioner, menstrual cycle coach and facilitator. She's been running women's circles since 2020 and loves the way they weave together presence, sacred ritual, laughter and connection. She loves many healing modalities, but she absolutely loves the menstrual cycle and sharing menstrual cycle education to help people reclaim their menstrual power and experience the cycle for what it really is: pure magic.
