There is some wonderful accommodation close to the venue. If you contact Private Properties WA they are offering our guests a discount for the weekend of the event. Our event is also supported by BinaMayaYallingupEscape .

We are hoping you will not need a refund ... and that you would consider this as a donation to the fundraising cause. However, refunds will be given up to 4-weeks prior to the event, less the fee charged to us from Eventbrite (we have absorbed this within the ticket price rather than add it on).

We would suggest this is not an event for children under 18.
