WHICH TICKET IS RIGHT FOR YOU?

We have several ticket options available for this retreat.

You can secure your place with us at retreat by choosing the 'deposit' ticket for either the SINGLE (twin share) or PRIVATE DOUBLE room options. We will then send you a reminder to pay the remainder of the booking fee by the Earlybird cut off date of 30 March if you wish to secure the early bird rate. If you miss this date, you will miss out on the $100 saving, but your place will still be secured.

You can also choose to 'Earlybird FULL Payment' if you have the funds ready to go for this retreat. Keep in mind the refund policy (see FAQs section) when booking. Be sure to choose the right ticket (i.e shared single or private double) for your needs.

Please note, the SINGLE option is for those who are comfortable sharing a twin-share mezzanine room within one of the 4 cottages at this property. Access to this room is via a flight of stairs in a twin-share mezzanine room (see image below), so please do not choose this accomodation option if you have mobility concerns. The private double room (ground floor) would be a more comfortable choice for you in this case.

If you wish to share with a friend or two, please send us an email at the time of booking to advise, so we can be sure to place you in the same cottage together.

For those interested in sharing a double bed, we are happy to accomodate this request and the second retreater will pay a half price fee to cover foods/activities only (please email us to let us know if this is a better option for you and your friend).

For those who have been on retreat with us before, you know that we remain very flexible with our agenda/schedule to ensure we meet the group's needs as they arise. This may result in a change in agenda during the retreat.

Frequently asked questions

Do you have a refund policy?

Yes. We are able to offer you a partial refund (minus the $200 non-refundable deposit) if cancellation is made more than 30 days out from retreat commencement date. If cancellation is within 30 days of the retreat date, we are unable to refund, however you can gift/transfer your place to another.

Is this location wheelchair accessible?

Unfortunately this retreat property is not wheelchair accessible.

Can I bring children to the retreat?

This retreat is for women > 16 years of age. It is a time for deep rest and replenishment, and hence we kindly ask that you do not bring your children to this particular retreat. We have other retreats that can cater for families in the pipeline.

Is this a womens only retreat?

Yes. This retreat is catered specifically for womens' health needs and hence is a womens only retreat.

What food options are available at retreat?

We are able to cater for a range of dietary needs and requirements. Please be sure to respond to the 'Retreat Prep' email sent you following your booking with any dietary requirements you have. The food will be seasonal, organic (or spray free), and predominantly plant-based.

Can I bring my own food?

Of course. Each cabin has their own individual kitchen and fridge, so feel free to bring our own food if you so wish, however we will have heaps of delicious food available throughout the whole weekend, so you definitely won't go hungry.

Do I need to participate in all the activities?

Absolutely not. This is YOUR retreat, so we are totally happy for you to choose your own adventures. The activities we hold are all completely optional. You can do as many of them or as little of them as you wish. No explanation necessary! You do you.

What if I snore or am a light sleeper?

We suggest you go for the private double room option when booking if this is the case to minimise disruption to the other women in your cottage.

How many women will be in each cottage?

Up to 4 women per cottage. 2-3 single beds in the mezzanine area of the cottage and 1 double bed private room downstairs. All women will share the common areas of the cottage (lounge room, kitchen, bathroom, porch) although there is plenty of space to be in solitude if you so choose.

Do I need to be awesome at meditation and/or yoga to attend?

Nope. We cater for all different levels of both meditation and yoga. Just bring yourself exactly as you are. No training or prerequisites required here.

Stephanie has been interested in improving the health and wellness of community members for many years, having obtained multiple qualifications in the field and gaining extensive life experience over the course of her career.

Since having children, her passion has intensified, after experiencing first hand the devastating effects food and lifestyle choices can have on our most vulnerable community members, our children. This passion has resulted in a need to share with the community the simple and effective measures each of us can take to improve our own health and wellbeing. Covering everything from the foods we eat, the lifestyle choices we make and the environment we surround ourselves in, Stephanie loves to use the power of mother nature to heal and replenish those she works with to empower them to live a life full of vitality and energy - exactly how nature intended us to live!
