Come and join us for a reception to commemorate the completion of a challenging journey for our Red Seal Culinary Students. Experience original canapes created by the students, inspired by British Columbia, in live-action stations.

UfV has been dedicated to nurturing these aspiring chefs and is thrilled to be celebrating the success of our first graduating class.
Join us at the Atrium. We invite you to visit the lovely Atrium situated outside the Library at the Canada Education Park in Chilliwack.
Each student is exploring traditional Indigenous foods and cultures from one of the eight regions across BC. Drawing inspiration from their research, they will craft and original canape that reflects their unique style and pays tribute to the communities they have studied.
