Will I need to keep my screen on during the workshop?

It's not required but it is encouraged to have your screen on during the workshop. This workshop, although virtual, is meant to be interactive. Although Dr. L will be facilitating, the group discussions and peer learning are just as important and helpful to each participant.

Can children attend the workshop?

This workshop is meant for adults. If someone high school age wishes to attend, they are welcome but the concept is centered around working adults.

How long will this workshop be?

The workshop is scheduled for 90 minutes. The facilitator will do their best to stay within the allotted time.

Who is the facilitator?

Dr. Amber LaJeunesse (Dr. L) is a Soft Skills Coach. She works with individuals and companies to help them hone their soft skills. This workshop will be presented and facilitated by Dr. L. She will use soft skills to identify ways you can overcome your challenges around perfectionism.
