Frequently asked questions

What do I need to bring?

Vitality House provides a yoga mat, blankets, and bolsters for you to get nice and cosy for your breathwork event. Bring along some water and an eye-mask if you would like this for your breathwork practice.

What should I wear?

Wear something nice and cosy that you will be comfortable to lay down in for 50 minutes. I recommend either active wear or track pants, socks, and a comfy top or jumper. There are blankets as well, in case you get cold.

What should I expect during breathwork?

In this practice, you can expect a cozy safe space where you'll gain and understanding of Pranayama breathwork as well as learn different breath patterns, techniques and sequences. You'll learn to quiet your mind, release tension from your body, and connect with your inner self.

Where do I park?

There are limited car bays out the front of the building, however, there is plenty of street parking available. Alternatively, there is a private carpark on Railway Parade offering full-day parking for $10.
