Helping you live vibrantly, with energy & vitality, is my passion and mission!!

I’m a mechanical engineer turned wellness entrepreneur. I currently teach yoga, am a massage therapist specializing in myofascial release therapy and I’m a nutrigenomics educator for optimizing cellular health. I’m also a certified birth doula, childbirth educator & mom to 7 & 14 year old girls!

It's my passion and honor to share the gift of yoga with you and help you be your best!

What if I'm pregnant, have an injury or limited mobility?

No problem! I've taught yoga, including pregnancy yoga, for over 23 years & can easily modify the practice to be safe, enjoyable and beneficial for you! Reach out to discuss questions or any specific limitations or concerns ahead of time or just let me know at the beginning of class!

What equipment do I need?

To get the most of out your online yoga class, I recommend having a yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, a strap, and water. If helpful have a chair for support or balance, and a pillow or blanket nearby. If you don't have them yet, you can use a towel, or rope, etc and set up near a wall or chair.

Do I need to put my video on or can I just watch and practice on my own?

You are welcome to practice in whatever way helps you feel comfortable. That being said, the benefit of a LIVE class is the ability to get feedback on your posture, connect with others, & feel part of the community. I also want to keep you SAFE so recommend you keep your camera on so I can see you!

I'm new to Online Yoga, how does it work? How do I join?

Congrats on taking a new step for your health! When registered for the class, you'll get an email with the Zoom link. If joining for the first time it will ask you to download Zoom which is quick. Feel free to try it out ahead of time to make sure it's working. Turn camera & mic on & you're ready!
