About this event

Our goal is to celebrate Women in Construction (WIC)and chart a path forward for women in the construction sector. While women make up about 50%of Ontario's population, the construction industry has so far attracted only a small percentage of them.

The future holds immense promise for women considering a career in this dynamic field. We're here to provide our members with a platform to highlight open discussions to create successful strategies and collaborations that can potenitally drive an increase in the number of women entering in, and remaining in, the construction industry.
