Nanaimo Flying Solo Travel Meet up

My name is Janita Hubbard, and I have been a consultant for nearly 11 years with Travel Best Bets. I started hosting these events to create a space for travelers to share their stories and make new friends. I also share my knowledge and provide my expertise for those looking to put together trips.

Absolutely! I am happy to answer any questions so you can get an idea of these meet ups and decide if they are right for you. You may even have some specific questions that may be suited for a one-on-one discussion.

That is ok! I schedule a variety of meet ups all over the lower mainland (even the Interior and on the Island in the summer!) generally every 2 weeks or so. If you cannot make one, hopefully another date will work for you!

I do have larger events at times, but they generally have a travel supplier. I keep these events smaller as I find you have more quality conversations with people. This is not a sales event but a chance for like minded strangers to get together in an area where they can be comfortable & themselves.
