About this event

This program will have 2 sessions each week:

Wednesdays: Jammin' for Wellness - 3:00pm-4:30pm

  • Join us for a wonderful afternoon of free music with your host, Chris Elliott! Please enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and let the music bring you wellness. This is open to all ages, no camera or mic needed.


Thursdays: One Song a Week - 5:00pm-6:00pm

  • Join us each week in learning a new song! Bring your guitar and play along. We will use a simple method of ABC,123 to learn how to play each song. You don't want to miss out on learning these fun songs on your guitar. This will keep you in tune and it will sharpen your memories and talent! Hosted by Fida Dakroub & it is open to all.


We hope that you will join us for our Music to Wellness program, it is a great way to enjoy music in the comfort of your own home while listening to your favourite tunes or learning on the guitar!
