About this event

Does your content need a refresh but you don't want it to take too long, cost too much and take too much damn effort?


If this is you, our mini brand sessions are for you. Not only is it quick, easy and painless but you walk away with professional photos, a mini-library of videos you can use to edit together and in-person design consultation about your brand + how to utilise these goodies.


Phew. That was a mouthful.

We (SG Editorial, Pixel Project and Prevue) have combined our professional skills to offer these sessions to businesses who are looking for a quick + efficient way to create fresh content all in the span of 30-minutes. Let's get into the nitty-gritty.


How does this all work?

It's easy peasy. You book in your preferred time slot, plan the props you want to bring that reflects you + your brand, show up on June 13th looking fab and wait your turn (and chatting + networking with people there). Then when it's your turn, we will help you feel comfortable while we capture the goods and then done! PS: When you're finished, you can stay for the drinks + snacks and mingle with whoever is there.

FYI: Photos + videos will be delivered between 2 weeks post-session.

What's the price of this bad boy?

$549 (+ booking fee if you pay via Eventbrite). We can also suss payment options for you. Either 2 payments or 4 payments. You can also avoid the booking fee by flicking us an email at thebrandcollab@gmail.com.

Terms + Condition (Please read before registering)

By registering for The Brand Collab Mini Brand Sessions you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration Confirmation: Your registration is confirmed only upon receipt of the full registration fee. Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Payment: The workshop fee is non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, no refunds will be provided but a space will be made available at the next Mini Brand Session.

3. Participation: Participants must be present on the specified date and time of the workshop. If you are late, you lose time from your session.

4. Content Creation: Participants will have their photo, videos and design assistance for 30 minutes only during the workshop.

5. Usage Rights: The content created during the workshop may be used by the organisers for promotional purposes.

6. Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards instructors and fellow participants. Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the workshop without a refund.

7. Photography and Videography: Participants consent to being photographed or recorded during the workshop.

8. Changes and Cancellations: The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the workshop schedule, content, or cancel the event in unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified, and alternative arrangements will be offered.

9. Liability: The organisers are not responsible for any personal belongings or equipment brought to the workshop. Participants are responsible for their own safety during the workshop.

10. Communication: All communication regarding the workshop will be sent to the email provided during registration. It is the participant's responsibility to check their email for updates.

Frequently asked questions

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! We offer two types of payment plans. Two payments ($274.5) OR you can opt in for 4 payments ($137.25). Please note: First payment must be made prior to the session and payments must be completed before final images + video are sent off.

Where will these mini brand sessions take place?

This mini brand session is held at Crab Farm Winery 511 Main North Road, Bay View, Napier 4104.

How do I register?

Select the time slot you would like and either checkout via Eventbrite OR flick us an email thebrandcollab@gmail.com and we will suss an invoice for you easy peasy!

What do I need to bring?

Bring any props you may need and/or 1-2 products you want to utilise in your assets. Props can include things like: Your work laptop, your favorite mug, stationery, coffee cups - whatever!

What should I wear?

To get the absolute most out of your session, we recommend bringing along 2-3 outfits so your content lasts longer + looks fresh. Even a top or jacket swap can be handy!

When will I get the content delivered?

Your goodies will be delivered between 2 weeks and will be supplied via Google Drive. Eeep!!

Do I get a fully edited promo video from this?

No we’re only providing video snippets which is a library of content formatted for Instagram Reels + Tiktok. These can be stitched together by you. If you’d like an edited video for your website, please get in touch at chy@prevue.co.nz

Can I bring my team along?

These sessions are just for one person per time slot. Full team sessions may be available in the future with our mini-sessions. You can also get in touch at thebrandcollab@gmail.com to hire us for a full suite of service for your business.

What design help can I expect?

We have a graphic designer on set who is able to chat + get a better understanding of where you are at and help with design suggestions. You will also get digital templates alongside this service you can use for a ‘DIY’ approach. If you need more help, get in touch via mel@pixelproject.co.nz
