Mastering Meditation Weekend Workshop

Have you tried meditating before and felt there’s more to uncover? Or maybe you’re just starting and want to make it part of your life? Mastering Meditation is here to guide you on a deeper, more fulfilling journey into meditation.

Our free courses are designed to make meditation accessible, practical, and enjoyable. Our experienced instructors, who have practiced under the guidance of Sri Chinmoy, are passionate about helping you unlock the benefits of meditation.

Dates and Times (Thursday Evenings):

  • Session 1: May 8, 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm
  • Session 2: May 15, 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm
  • Session 3: May 22, 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm
  • Session 4: May 29, 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

Each week, we’ll introduce new techniques and build on previous sessions. To maintain the flow of the course and gain the most benefit, please join by the second session.
