Are you a young person aged 15-25?

The Y WA is partnering with City of Vincent & Zero2Hero to run a FREE interactive workshop to learn how to become more resilient and face challenges head first!

Course content:

This workshop will help you to understand useful concepts, models and ideas around resilience. It explores different types of resilience and how each person can develop their own.
We cover the three types of resilience; natural, adaptive and developed, with the goal to shift mindsets & equip you with the tools to support you to overcome adversity, practice gratitude, and navigate through challenging situations in a positive light. We will also provide some light snacks!

When: Wednesday June 5th, 4.30pm - 6.30pm

Where: Foyer Oxford, 196 Oxford St, Leederville 6007

Cost: nothing – it's FREE! To attend, please register your interest through Eventbrite.
