During the session you lay down on a yoga mat with closed eyes. The music, the frequency and your higher self will guide to through the rest of the session. All you need to do is B E and R E C E I V E. Each journey is perfectly aligned with whatever you might need at the moment.
On your journey you might experience spontaneous movements, chilly winds, warmth, tingling, spinal waves, deep emotional release, a deep meditative state and access deep parts of the subconscious.
