Journey through the chakras with Dance and Sacred Healing Sound

✨ As dancers twirl and sway, they experience a liberation of emotions, a harmonisation of their energies, and a deep connection to their own authentic selves. ✨

This is an invitation for women to journey through the chakras with Dance Exploration and Sacred Sound Healing, a 7 week series every Thursdays from May 2nd from 6:30-8:30pm until June 13th 2024.

Remember and Dance your way back home to yourself! Yes you can dance, play and heal in this exploration of self expression!
Dancing through the chakras is a dance of the soul, an intricate tapestry woven with movement, intention, and energy. In this transformative practice, you embark on an inner journey that traverses the seven energy centers, or chakras, nestled along the spine. The dance become a vessel through which you will explore the depths of your being, unlocking the pathways to emotional release, self-awareness and spiritual growth.

This convergence of dancing through the chakras and embarking on a sacred sound journey creates a holistic experience that harmonizes body, mind, and spirit. It commences with the expressive dance, an exploration of self through movement, and transitions into the receptive world of sound, allowing participants to dive into their inner realms with heightened sensitivity. As the sacred sounds envelop them, the barriers between the individual and the universal dissolve, inviting a sense of profound connection, restoration, and inner harmony.

Every Thursdays night we will explore a chakra from Root to Crown using free-form dance, music pulsing to the energy of each chakra transitioning into a Sacred Healing Sound Journey to integrate this journey. Dive in and explore your inner world, release blockages and remember your true and authentic self.
This journey with each chakra with continue through your own contemplation and exploration throughout the time in between classes.
For some this is an opportunity to explore what’s holding you back from dancing freely, moving your body and opening to your self expression. We will use blindfolds and feathers to create a complete inward experience to start the journey and create a safe container.
Expect pure moments of bliss and freedom and some energetic shifts!

This container will be an intimate group of women held at Yum Yoga Studio overlooking Cowichan Bay with Ocean view, so please claim your spot as soon as possible if you would like to dance in!

About Adeline:
Adeline is an Energy, Sound-Healer & Thai Massage Practitioner, trained in Kundalini Dance.
The practice of Kundalini yoga & chanting opened her to learn energy healing, Reiki. Sound healing followed with the birth of her Sacred Drum, opening her to the deep listening of the Earth, the trees, elementals, animals and the world of spirit. This is where she sources her soul strength. It opened her heart and freed her voice leading her inward, to reconnect and remember her medicine and the codes she carries and shares through her sound
