I have never done yoga before. Can I do this class?

Absolutely! These classes are for beginners & experienced yogis alike. Your teachers will offer modifications support or challenge you in your practice.

I have an injury, can I do yoga.?

We suggest you email us directly at info@yogafirefox.ca with more information to see if this class is for you.

I'm pregnant can I come to class?

Most definitely! Our instructors are experienced in teaching moms-to-be. Be sure to let your teacher know!

What do I wear?

Any clothing you feel comfortable moving in. Generally people like to wear something they would wear to the gym.

Is this hot yoga?

We teach warm yoga in a room that is around 27C. There will be a level of warmth. Hot yoga is typically closer to 39/40C.

What kind of yoga do you teach?

We teach postures focused on alignment mindful sequencing. In this way it is accessible to all our participants. This fosters increased mobility, flexibility and strength in our daily lives.
