About this event

In today’s world, burnout and stress is a shared experience. Treat yourself to a holistic reset in community to nourish your creative passions and inner resilience. During this experiential workshop, you'll embark on a journey of self-reflection, grounding, and renewal. Through a series of guided exercises and discussions, you'll integrate mind, body, and soul practices to replenish your creative spirit and reclaim balance in your life.


The topic we will focus on in this session is FLOW:

Once we experience flow, we don’t forget what it is like.

In yoga, when our body and mind are in sync, so much so that we don't need to be intentionally breathing but the breath is naturally smooth and present. We let go of the expectation of how well we execute a pose.

Or in writing, when words are pouring out of our heart without needing to pause and edit. Our pens are following the spirit of the words, chasing the elusive with joy.

Being in flow is a nourishing state of our body movement, our breathing, our creative expression, and our holistic health and productivity.

We all want to be in flow more, but in everyday life, we find ourselves constantly not in flow. We get lost in the shuffle of our to-dos and appointments. Our inspiration is blocked, our creativity is staggered, and our breathing short and shallow.

In this workshop, Betty and KJ will partner with you to support each other to find grounding in our body and bring awareness to possible ways of entering a flow state: from breathing, light movement, to free writing. This workshop is perfect for you, if you are looking for a safe and supportive space to realign your body and mind, reignite your connection with your creativity, and replenish your spirit.

This is a 2-hour workshop but we like to be flexible and honour the group energy if it goes a little longer. We encourage you to leave a buffer in your schedule. Budget to be there from 2 to 4:30.
