In our previous time together we have learned what it meant to accept yourself as you are and as being enough, and to harness your trauma and anger into useful energy, this time around, we will take an indepth look at starting over and rebuilding your life after it has been shook to its very foundation. At Regrowth, we will discover the Phoenix in all of us, and be reborn from the flames.
