每一個「I am…」都是一個故事。每一個「I am...」後面，都是我們嘗試尋找和定義的那個答案。我是....一種狀態、一個身份、一個不斷變化的存在。那些曾經帶給自己快樂、感動的事情，或者曾經打敗自己，令人沮喪、失望、心痛的過往。無論經歷過幾多、經歷過甚麼，無論是我們願意接受的改變，或者是不願意接受而留下那些還未處理好的傷痕，它們都會成為我們的一部份，然後變成我們的「I am...」。

曾經我們也想搞清楚自己是誰，我們來到世界是有甚麼使命。現在的我們，還會問這個問題嗎？今個在多倫多的初夏，我們邀請你和我們一起探索，告訴我們你的「I am...」是甚麼，也讓我們用音樂告訴你我們是甚麼。
