Back by high demand, we have added an afternoon session! Get ready for a self loving afternoon filled with movement, nourishing foods and a panel discussion from health experts. We will be focusing on body love - changing the language around eating disorders and body image. We aim to revolutionise women’s healthcare, creating a platform that empowers women to take control of their health. Throughout the afternoon, we’ll delve into the transformative power of body love, exploring how exercise, food and language can enhance wellbeing. We’ll discuss the power of language in shaping our perceptions of body image, diet and wellness.
The afternoon will be filled with movement, self-expression and learning. Connect with like-minded individuals. Enjoy a dynamic Pilates Mat class by Gina, a deep dive into body image and language by Gina, Jaimee and Ella, followed by a beautiful afternoon tea from some of our favourite health and food brands and products.
