The theme is GAMES NIGHT ~ Test your wit during our quizzes and cross out those numbers during a couple rounds of B I N G O for a bit of a laugh & healthy competition to try snag one of those forementioned prizes.

1. Eligibility: Participation in the launch night is open to individuals who are of legal drinking age in Western Australia where the event is being held.

2. Behavior: All participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner throughout the duration of the event. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the premises.

3. Alcohol Consumption: Alcohol will be served at the event. Participants are responsible for their own alcohol consumption and are expected to drink responsibly. We do not take responsibility for any actions or consequences resulting from excessive alcohol consumption.

4. Liability: The organizers of the launch night will not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred by participants during the event, including those resulting from alcohol consumption.

5. Intellectual Property: All quiz questions, materials, and content provided during the event are the intellectual property of the organizers. Participants are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or use any of these materials without prior consent.

6. Fair Play: Participants are expected to answer quiz questions & mark off bingo honestly and without cheating or using unfair means to gain an advantage. Any attempts to cheat will result in disqualification from the event.

7. Cancellation Policy: In the event that the quiz night needs to be canceled or rescheduled for any reason, participants will be notified as soon as possible. The organizers will not be held liable for any expenses or losses incurred as a result of the cancellation.

8. Indemnification: By participating in the quiz night, participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers, sponsors, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation in the event.

9. Changes to Terms: The organizers reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the event will constitute acceptance of the modified terms.
