Welcome to Gardening into the Summer!

Join us at the Land of Dreams with Janet Melrose on Saturday, June 8th from 2 to 4pm for a workshop devoted to taking our garden into the summer months. Whether you're a seasoned gardener or just starting out, this event is perfect for all plant enthusiasts!

We will assess what the weather has been like for the beginning of the season and what it is forecasted to be for the rest of the season. We will assess how our gardens are growing now and what problems have come up since sowing and planting time. It's time to talk pests, weeds and diseases now before they get out of hand. Then discuss harvesting techniques to get the best harvest from our garden and finally how to get more out of the garden this season through relay planting.

Let’s celebrate our community and the gardening season!

Cost: FREE!
Date: Saturday, June 8th
