Free Flow: Relax with Art
About the Event
Join us for a relaxing and creative workshop designed to help you reconnect with your inner creativity! Through simple doodling exercises and mindful drawing, you will experience how art can be a powerful tool for relaxation, stress relief, and self-expression. No previous art experience is needed — just an open mind and a willingness to explore.
We do have a basic stock of pens and papers, but if you have got already, then you are much welcome to those with too.

I am passionate about using art to promote relaxation, self-expression, and emotional well-being. With my background in psychology and creative arts, I design workshops that are accessible for everyone — whether you are an experienced artist or picking up a pen for the first time. I believe that creativity is a natural part of being human and that making art can be a powerful path to mindfulness, connection, and joy.
