AC by Marriott Melbourne Southbank and Patient Wolf distillery have a longstanding affinity, having collaborated on AC's signature G&T.
Enjoy 90 minutes of bottomless G&T featuring the following:
ACGT – Melbourne Dry G&T with bright citrus of ruby grapefruit and fresh juniper delicately balanced with subtle spice of aniseed myrtle, cubeb pepper and tonka beans. Bold, complex and aromatic.
Summer Thyme G&T, a lively gin bursting with lemon zest and delicate piney freshness. Fresh green with juniper backbone, a reminisce of summertime.
Pinot Noir G&T, emerging from steeping Patient Wolf Melbourne Dry Gin in 6ft6 pinot noir grapes. After 3 months together, the gin-soaked fruit was lightly pressed and strained to reveal a gin that’s bright in both colour and flavour.
