From quick pickles to wild ferments, this hands-on class will expand your knowledge, sharpen your skills, and leave you inspired to experiment confidently at home.
Held in the cosy setting of Little Molli and limited to just 14 participants, the evening includes real-time feedback, guided tastings, and plenty of one-on-one support. You’ll sip on handcrafted kombucha and water kefir, explore a variety of bold fermented flavours, and leave with your own creations, recipes, and a deeper understanding of the craft.
