Welcome to Engage Create Reflect!
Engage Create Reflect workshop offers a safe space for adults and teens to experience in a variety of artistic activities, create meaningful artwork, and reflect on their thoughts and emotions. These workshops provide an opportunity for individuals to explore their creativity, gain insights into their inner selves, and develop coping strategies for stress and anxiety. Art therapy can be a powerful tool for self-discovery and healing even if you have never made art before.
Art therapy is a form of expressive therapy that uses the creative process of making art to improve a person's physical, mental, and emotional well-being. By exploring art materials, both familiar and unfamiliar, individuals can tap into their inner thoughts and feelings, allowing for self-expression and personal growth. Art materials have the unique ability to transform emotions and experiences into tangible forms, providing a sense of release and relief.
This workshop is an introduction into the benefits of Arts Therapy and is not a substitute for personal therapy. The workshop providers are Master’s Qualified Arts Therapists who work with private and NDIS clients.
