Empowered to Shift — A Transformative Workshop for Inner Change

Are you ready to release what's been holding you back and step into a more empowered version of yourself? One that feels clearer, grounded, and aligned with your truth?

This transformative 2.5-hour workshop combines the power of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Myofascial release, and Yin Yoga to help you rewire limiting beliefs, restore balance in your body, and reconnect to your inner strength.

Through guided reflection, nervous system resets, and deep physical and emotional release, you’ll explore how beliefs shape your reality—and how to shift them. You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to the confident, empowered version of you who’s ready to create change.


This Workshop is For You If You:

  • Want to feel empowered to make changes in your life
  • Physically experience lower back pain, upper back tightness, or hip tension
  • Love yin yoga and want to experience something new like Myo yin yoga
  • Want to change inner narrative or limiting self- beliefs such as, not limiting to: “I can’t do this”, “I’m not good enough”, “I’m too old”, “I don’t deserve it”, “It’s too hard”
  • Struggle with self-worth, confidence, or setting boundaries
  • Tend to people please, fear stepping outside your comfort zone, or battle perfectionism
  • Are curious about using mind-body techniques to release stored emotions and open new pathways forward

Why This Combination:

  • NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) allows us to uncover and reframe subconscious beliefs that shape our behavior. We anchor a new, empowering belief and use future-pacing to make it feel inevitable and embodied.
  • Myofascial Release & Acupressure (like a deep-tissue massage) using tennis ball to release tension in areas like the lower back (linked to fear and insecurity, etc) and upper back/shoulders (linked to lack of boundaries, confidence), helping to unblock emotional stagnation held in the fascia.
  • Yin Yoga invites stillness and surrender. In these long-held poses, the body softens and the mind quiets—creating space for deep rewiring at a subconscious level. When paired with NLP-based visualisation and breath, each posture becomes a portal to embed a new, empowering inner narrative.


What to bring:

  • Yoga Mat
  • Note book and a pen to journal
  • Bottle of water
  • Blanket or Towel — for extra warmth during Savasana and to soften yoga block edges or tennis ball if needed (Blocks will be provided for Yin poses)
  • Pillow / Bolster(Blocks is recommended for Yin poses as we work on the accupressure points. If you require more comfort, please bring your own bolster or pillow)
  • An open heart and comfy clothes
