Empowered Movement with Emily Mara

About This Class:

This creative take on a HIIT class is meant to leave you feeling lighter in mind, body and spirit. Curated to a dynamic and fun playlist, it combines cardio, strength, pilates, somatic movement, and intentional breathing in a way that guides you into your body so you can meet yourself where you're at that day. You can expect to be challenged both physically and mentally, while also having full permission to take it at a pace that works for you.

All levels are welcome, and low-impact options are offered throughout!

Mats, towels and equipment provided for in-class use courtesy of lululemon Mall of America. Fully stocked locker rooms with showers available for use during events.

Check-in is open 15 minutes prior to class start time. Studio is located in the back of the store next to our Fuel Space Cafe. Event guests can enjoy 20% of their purchase at Fuel Space Cafe during an event.

Parking: lululemon Mall of America is located near the West Main Mall Entrance on the 1st level. Most convenient parking is in the WEST RAMP between Nordstrom's and Macy's.

About Emily:

Emily Mara is a holistic movement specialist, accountability coach, and founder of the online virtual movement studio, Empower by E.M. One of her missions in life is to help others cultivate the tools needed to feel motivated and empowered in their own bodies, so they can live a more fulfilling and present life. She has spent the last 12 years accumulating a multitude of certifications and teaching a variety of modalities in cities such as NYC and LA, while also training individuals 1:1. The majority of her education in the world of fitness came from her time in NYC where she studied and worked with the likes of celebrity trainer, Anna Kaiser and Taryn Toomey of The Class. She recently moved from the Bay area to the Twin Cities where she lives with her husband and two young daughters. She firmly believes that movement is medicinal and is dedicated to creating workout experiences that are physically challenging yet intentional, and most importantly, FUN.
