Welcome Class of 2024 to ÉFCHS/AHSFA Graduation!
Congratulations, graduates! You've made it! Join us in person for the ÉFCHS/AHSFA Grad 2024 celebration. It's time to gather, reminisce, and celebrate this incredible milestone. Get ready for an evening filled with laughter, good vibes, and unforgettable memories. Seize this opportunity to dress up, take photos, and dance! So mark your calendars and get ready for an epic graduation experience!
Tickets include dinner, dessert, unlimited soft drinks, coffee, tea and a dance.
Dress Code:
- This is a semi-formal event
no attire with profanities will be allowed in the event
Tickets:
- Each student is able to purchase 6 tickets to the Dinner & Dance.
- All attendees MUST buy a ticket. (Ex: Graduate + 5 guests= 6 tickets total)
- Tickets are $105.00(Gst incl) each plus service charges ($ 6.97) Total $111.97 per ticket
Why is the student ID not working?
- You will not be able to purchase a ticket if you have NOT paid your Grad Fees or/and School Fees
- If you are not in good standing with the school
- If you are not graduating this spring
Student ID is needed:
- Your STUDENT ID (Edsembli) is needed to purchase all tickets
- Enter your student ID in the PROMO box
- You may return to Eventbrite more than once to purchase a total of 6 tickets
- Your student ID is the number you would use to log into edsembli to check your marks
- If you are not in good standing with the school, your student ID number will NOT work, and you will be unable to purchase tickets

Seating Chart:
- You must choose which table to be seated at
- You cannot see the other guests at your table so please connect with friends and family to ensure you purchase tickets together

Student Grand March: 6:00pm
Speeches: 6:30pm
Dinner: Buffet 7:00pm
Dance: 8:30 pm-11:00pm

Your student ID number is your maplewood/edsembli number. You need this to enter into the PROMO code to access all tickets.
Your ID number is on your edsembli/maplewood account. You use this number to log in.
No, this is an alcohol free event. Pop, water, tea and coffee are included in your ticket price.
The buffet is gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, seafood and dairy free. There is one sirloin meat dish. Enjoy your meal!
Smoking, cannabis and the use of E-cigarettes is not permitted in BMO Centre. You can be removed from the premise by security if caught.
For your convenience, a shared complimentary coat check will be available. BMO's coat check service can accommodate large purses, bags, and backpacks. Please note that for the safety of all guests, security reserves the right to search all bags entering the hall.
There are many parking stalls available at Stampede Park, with guests paying $18 per car upon entry. There will be many grads happening on the same day so arrive early and expect lines.
