Edible & Medicinal Plants

Uncover the enchanting world of wild edible and medicinal plants at our immersive workshop, where nature's bounty becomes your source of nourishment and healing. This event is designed to help you reconnect with the land and uncover the gifts it has to offer.

Embark on a journey of discovery as we guide you through the identification, sustainable harvesting, and ethical caretaking of local wild plants. Learn how to differentiate between various plants, and process, prepare, and preserve them for consumption and medicinal purposes.

In our workshop, you will explore the practical preparation of edible wild plant dishes encompassing roots, stalks, leaves, flowers, fruits, and seeds. Additionally, create an arsenal of herbal medicines, including salves, ointments, tinctures, and more, to take home with you.
