Our "Divine Feminine Meditation and Sound Bath" is designed to help you connect with your inner feminine energy revitalizing , healing, bringing comfort to the heart chakra, sacral and alignment of our left side of the body. This guided meditation and sound healing session will be peaceful with the intension of inner selflove and support.

As you settle comfortably, our expert meditation guide , Giselle, she will lead you through a gentle meditation practice, guiding your mind to stillness and helping you align with the essence of Divine Feminine. You'll be encouraged to release any stagnant energy, cultivate gratitude, and set positive intentions for the season ahead.
As you lie comfortably on your yoga mat, wrapped in a cozy blanket and supported by a pillow, you will allow the soothing sounds of singing bowls and other instruments to wash over your body.

This session/event is final sale. No exchanges or refunds. If there is given notice ahead of time to the organizer a gift certificate can be issued. Specific details will be outlined in correspondence.
Please arrive on time . There is about 10mins of introductions before we start . This can be used as your grace period. We lock the front doors so unwanted visitors will enter the church while we are in meditation. Locked doors means the session has started and no refunds.
There is free parking on the side streets or paid parking lots. Give yourself some time for parking.
Please contact us to let us know if you will be late so we can send someone downstairs to let you in. We do our best to be respectful to others during this meditation experience. Enter quietly and enjoy!
Yes you can use a coat or blanket or seated in a chair. There is a carpeted area, but understand that is used with shoes. Tip: Leave a blanket or mat in the car so you don't forget. You can still enjoy seated meditation and there are chairs to use.
Yes we have a bathroom and small sink/kitchen area on the same floor
Yes, class is upstairs so there is a staircase. If you require assistance with a lift, we do have one.
There is a coat rack area to hang your coat. We are not responsible for your belongings, please keep them near by or in the car. Overall it has been a safe and wonderful space. Lots of room to spread around.
