Whether it’s people talking about their latest diet in the staff break room or your sister-in-law telling you that she’s being “naughty” by ordering a burger, it can feel impossible to just eat your meal without being exposed to diet chat. This can be especially hard for people in recovery from an eating disorder or disordered eating.
That’s why we started the Diet-Free Diners Club. It's a chance to eat some delicious food and socialise with like-minded people on their own diet-free journey. All events are hosted by one of our friendly dietitians.
