DesktopOne Transition Sessions (WA-based staff) 9am session

You are booking in for a DesktopOne Transition Session to update your current device with the DesktopOne platform at the Perth Regional Office.

How long will it take?

** Please allow 10-15mins to set- up the device during your transition session and between 2-3 hours if you need to download your software applications in the Company Portal.

What to expect on the day:

You will need to come into the office on the day of your booking.

· The DesktopOne Program Team will swap your Windows10 device over with a prepared DesktopOne Windows11 device.

· The Team will sit with you through the Login and set-up process step by step.

Once you have logged into your DesktopOne device the DesktopOne Program Team will be available onsite and online to assist you with any issues or questions you have during the process.

Please bring with you your current device, and your mobile device that you have set up your Multi-Factor Authenticator (MFA) on.
