Day of Mindfulness Practice
You are warmly invited to join together in community for a day of intentional practice, to settle the body and mind, and enjoy the benefits of cultivating mindful awareness.
This day of practice will be an opportunity to rest in silence and to let go of "doing".
Guided intructions and practice periods throughout the day will include:
- sitting practice
- body scan
- gentle mindful movement / yin style yoga
- mindful walking through the quiet neighbourhood and park nearby (1block away)
Bring your lunch and there will be a kettle for tea. Fruit and a sweet treat will be provided for an afternoon snack.
Whether you are new to meditation or have previous experience with practice, all are welcome.
Early bird registration until June 3 - $135 (incl taxes/fees)
Registration after June 4 - $165 (incl taxes/fees)

About the instructor - Stephanie Curran (she/her) has been practicing meditation for 28 years. She has completed a number of teacher trainings and has been leading a variety of mindfulness-based progamming for over 12years. Click here to read more about her background and training.
