- Bring one food dish or baking item that has a healthy twist to it.
- Please print out reicpe to be displayed with dish so people can take photos.
- If contains nuts or gluten PLEASE notify us so we can place a sign next to it.
- Please try to arrive at no later than 12pm as people will begin tasting and voting.
- The dish with the most votes will recieve a prize! :)
- If wanting to bring friends or family please have them rsvp and let us know as this is a private event for Inside Out members.
