About this event

I'm honoured to offer my community a free yoga class brought to you by the Greater Avalon Community Association, located in Orleans, Ontario.

From gentle hatha poses, to meditation, dynamic breathwork and creative movement, my classes are intended to appeal to every body and all levels.

Feel free to reach out with questions and look forward to seeing you on the mat. Ages 10+ recommended. Bilingual offering. Trauma-sensitive. Inclusive space. Zero judgements, all love! - Annie
