• Course 2 – Pork Belly Bites on a fennel, capsicum and fig salad with the Blue Chip Riesling
• Course 3 – Loaded Balsamic Mushrooms with the Louie Cab Malbec
• Course 4 – Braised Beef Cheek with the Blue Chip Shiraz
• Course 5 – Cheese Plate with the Reserve Malbec
