About this event

Join us in parent workshops, baby sensory exploration with story time, open discussions on mental health and more activities for the wellness of mothers and their families. Our space is free for baby/toddler socialization or to mingle with other caregivers. Program participants are able to use the available baby gear and toys. No registration require but encourage. Sessions can be open hour or caregiver workshops, see the schedule below.

Activities for the month of May:

5/1: Maternal belly dancing led by Harlem Yoga Studio

5/8: Story time and sensory exploration with the NYPL

5/15: Discussion led by Love & Kidness on perinatal mood disorders & Mothers Day Morning Tea Party

5/22: Tea Talk with the Doulas- Postpartum nutrition, led by The Mothership

5/29: Tea Talk with the Doulas- Breastmik your liquid gold, led by The Mothership

The Harlem Family Wellness Suite has a Lactation Room for nursing moms and a baby changing station.
