Join me every second Thursday as we gather together to connect inwards and explore the collective human experience.
Each class will include:
- Welcome & group connection
- Practicing a few simple breathwork techniques
- Embodied movement practice
- Opportunities to ask questions and share your experiences

No previous meditation experience necessary.
Mats provided, BYO cushion or floor chair/backjack, and blanket if you'd like one.
